Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Richland Center location. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage branch staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations while opening all types of accounts, processing transactions, and originating consumer loans. Additionally, the Branch Manager will engage in community outreach and build strong relationships with customers and local businesses.
