What are the responsibilities and job description for the Next Generation Banker/Student CSR position at Community First Bank?
Community First Bank's Next Generation Banker program was developed to encourage students to explore careers in the financial industry. The Next Generation Banker program provides employment opportunities for high school and college students looking to gain experience in banking. Opportunities exist in multiple areas and level of exposure will depend on the student's educational and work experience. Students entering their junior year of high school and above are encouraged to apply. We currently have openings in our Boscobel, Fennimore, and Platteville branches.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR NEXT GENERATION BANKER PROGRAM
- Currently enrolled in high school or college coursework
- Prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred
- Customer service skills
WORK SCHEDULE
Schedule will be based on student's availability which may include Saturday mornings.
