The Community First Financial Advisors team is looking for an investment professional to continuously educate and guide existing members of our CFFA program on their financial journeys. Your relationship-building skills and problem-solving abilities will be supported by expert tools and knowledgeable staff, advancing your career and helping to serve others. We’ll provide: an existing book of current member relationships, marketing and communication assets, technology bundle, support team, and access to a wide array of products/services. As CFFA Investment Center Advisor, you will:
- Develop, build, and cultivate member relationships with existing members assigned to the CFFA Investment Center, demonstrating passion, care and dedication.
- Utilize a comprehensive process to gather member information, using it to create and implement holistic financial plans and sound solutions.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring portfolios and product needs stay aligned with members’ goals and objectives.
- Effectively work in a professional team environment, collaborating with Financial Advisors, support staff, and credit union team members.
- Develop and execute all plans with the member’s best interest in mind at all times; ethically achieve regular and consistent results, meeting or exceeding defined goals.
An ideal candidate will have a combination of:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or 5 years related professional experience.
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7, 63 & 65/66.
- Life, health and variable annuity state of WI insurance license.
- Advanced designations (CFP, ChFC, CLU, RICP) a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to branch locations.
