What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Quality Review Specialist position at Community First Credit Union?
We believe that quality is an integral part of our credit union and service promise to our members. As a Loan Quality Review Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing a high volume of loan documents for accuracy, working with various teams to ensure loan files are complete and accurate, and electronically indexing loan documents so they can be easily located by our branch teams. As our Loan Quality Review Specialist, you will:
- Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance
- Scan and index documents into the Optical Imaging system
- Generate reports as needed
- Perfect the Credit Union’s security interest on collateral
- Find A Way. Deliver exceptional, “WOW” service. In this role, you’ll have direct contact with lenders, third party providers, and even members from time to time, offering guidance and expertise throughout the loan process

We are looking for a combination of:
High school diploma or equivalent
Three years of relevant financial experience
Ability to multi-task, work accurately, and adapt quickly to rapid change
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of loan policies, procedures, and documentation is preferred
The ability to change priorities, stay organized, and have fun
Passion for providing outstanding service to our members – internal and external
