Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual occupancy goals
- Generate and nurture qualified leads through various channels including referral networks, community outreach, and digital marketing
- Accurately complete financial qualification and execute contractual documentation
- Conduct professional tours of the community for prospective residents and their families
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in CRM system
- Complete market analysis annually
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents and their families throughout the sales process
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction
- Participate in local networking events and industry associations
Operations & Administration
- Partner with team members across the community to foster a culture of hospitality
- Communicate sales trends, move ins, and assessments on a daily basis
- Track and analyze sales metrics, preparing regular reports on occupancy, lead generation, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with corporate marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding resident admissions
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and monthly operational reviews
