Community for Sustainable Energy, www.cforse.org, is a grassroots organization dedicated to the practice of democracy in pursuit of a more socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable society.
We are hiring for entry level internship, full-time, and part-time positions with our campaign staff to:
- Raise public awareness of local energy policy
- Reach 100% Renewable Electricity in Northern Colorado
- Maximize distributed renewable energy in Fort Collins
- Get local public schools to go solar
- Hold local officials accountable to their sustainability promises
This is an excellent resume builder for a career in advocacy while working in a relaxed and flexible environment. A variety of advancement opportunities exist based on ability and desire.
Internship credits available for students studying Human Dimensions of Natural Resources, Political Science, Ecosystem Science & Sustainability, Environmental Sociology, Env. Economics, and related studies.
Schedule:
Must work at least three days per week.
Sunday 1:00 - 7:30pm, Monday - Thursday 2:00 - 8:30 pm.

- Enjoy being outside
