Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Receptionist to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between patients and staff, as well as maintaining the clinic's administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
- Collect patient information and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with documentation review and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Familiarize yourself with dental terminology to effectively communicate with patients regarding care plans.
- Check the Patient into EMR Schedule, updating demographics, and HealthNet status
- Prepare charts and print schedules
- Manage all aspects of new patient appointment paperwork, ensuring that newly enrolled patients are scheduled for their first appointment
- Continuously monitor and supervise office flow to ensure minimal waits for patients
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with documentation review processes related to patient care plans.

Hours:
- 32 hours per week, Monday - Thursday during the work day
- 2nd Wednesday of the month until 9 pm
Pay:
$15 - $16 per hour
