What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical/Operations Supervisor position at Community Guidance Center?
- Responsible for the overall administration and operation of all assigned programs, under the direction of the Chief Clinical/Operations Officer. (CC/OO)
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of new policies and procedures developed by the Executive Management. Make appropriate policy recommendations to the CC/OO.
- Assist in the hiring, training, and supervision of assigned Department Directors in coordination with the CC/OO. Assist in the preparation of performance evaluations for these positions.
- Assist in the development of the annual business/ strategic plan in conjunction with Executive Management and Department Directors.
- Ensure compliance with all contract stipulations and governmental regulations under the direction of Executive Management.
- Direct and coordinate the state licensing for all assigned programs, in conjunction with the CC/OO and Department Directors.
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of administrative services to assigned Department Directors. Provide administrative, operational, and clinical oversight. Coordinate with Executive Management as necessary.
- Develop long-range plans for the Departments. Evaluate programs and activities. Develop and implement innovative services and/or improvements to existing services. Participate in the Strategic Planning for the Center.
- Review and report on financial and productivity variances of assigned programs to the CC/OO, CFO and Executive Management.
- Work collaboratively with assigned Department Directors/Supervisors to establish clinical organizational goals and ensure goals are achieved through social learning.
- Maintain awareness of all Federal, State and Managed Care laws, policies, regulations and procedures regarding clinical care, Best Practice Guidelines, and appropriate fiscal requirements related to consumer services.
- Assist CC/OO to Analyze, recommend, and support practices seeking to improve:
- Quality measures and improvement
- Work design
- Organizational systems
- Policies and procedures.
- Develop the annual business/ strategic plan in conjunction with Executive Management and Program Directors utilizing social learning.
- Ensure operational compliance with all contract stipulations and governmental regulations
