Description
The Information technologies (IT) Support Specialist is directly responsible for providing desk side support to all users within the organization. This is accomplished by working in partnership with other IT staff and department heads as required.

Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS, and three to five years’ experience in systems/network environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with applications to a medical or social service delivery system preferred. CCNA or CCNP Certification preferred.
