About the Role :
As the Vice President of Information Technology, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Callen-Lorde. You will lead our IT team in developing and implementing innovative technology solutions that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities :
As the Vice President of Information Technology,your responsibilities will include :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the IT strategy, aligning it with the organization's overall goals.
- IT Infrastructure : Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
- Health Information Technology : Lead the implementation and management of health information technology systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Data Management : Manage data governance, analytics, and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Cybersecurity : Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive patient data and organizational assets.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing IT team.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with IT vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage IT budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Work Schedule :
This is a full-time position with evening hours.
