What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinic Manager - OB/GYN position at Community Health Care, Inc.?
CHC has an opportunity for a dedicated leader to provide operational oversight to our CHC OB/GYN clinics. The right person has the ability to take initiative, work independently on decision making and problem solving, and provide exceptional customer service!
Responsibilities:
- Oversees day to day operations
- Coordinates a warm welcome to new team members
- Leads employee engagement efforts
- Ensures free flow of information, including rounding on staff
- Manages staffing schedule, time off and attendance policy
- Maintains a safe, clean and organized facility
- Resolves patient concerns in a friendly, efficient manner
- Participates in annual budget planning
- Ensures safety through risk management rounds, equipment checks, sterilization, etc
- Leads quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure patients receive culturally competent care
Travel Required:
Local travel - Quad Cities Metro Area
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Previous management experience highly preferred
