We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Coordinator/LPN to oversee the daily operations and provide hands-on nursing care at our Gordon and Jeffersonville locations. This dual-role position requires strong leadership skills to manage site functions for three sites as well as ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Coordination:
- Supervise and support staff, ensuring efficient clinic operations.
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and site compliance with policies and procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff and patients, addressing concerns professionally.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, when needed.
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers with e3xams and procedures.
Chosen candidate will need to pass a drug screening.
