Key Responsibilities:
- Instrument Processing: Clean, decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment using approved sterilization methods.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Follow infection prevention and control standards, ensuring all equipment meets sterilization standards and clinic-specific protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and perform basic maintenance on sterilization equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles, equipment tests, and inventory of supplies.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clinic staff to ensure timely delivery of sterile instruments and address immediate needs.

Qualifications:
