- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide direct support and companionship to individuals
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Lift and transfer individuals safely when required
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for individuals
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social workers to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care systems and procedures
- Ability to lift and move individuals with mobility challenges
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
