Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Community Health Centers, Inc. Mary Mahoney. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to patients of all ages, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Perform venipuncture and other clinical procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
- $1000.00 Sign-on Bonus.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in patient care within a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong skills in venipuncture and basic life support certification required.
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
