Schedule: Full time; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Position Summary: Under the supervision of the applicable manager or lead staff, performs overall patient registration functions as required. Including but not limited to: answering phones; greeting patients; patient scheduling; verify insurance, patient check-in and patient check-out functions.
Position Requirements: ·
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent with preference given for one-year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent employment experience.
- Computer skills: typing (minimum 30 WPM), data entry.
- Ability to consistently meet department work schedule.
- Experience in a healthcare setting and with insurances preferred.
