Job Description:
The Home Health Aide provides personal care to patients and environmental assistance to families under the supervision of a delegated primary nurse. This allows for the continuance of necessary normal family activities within the patient's home.
The aide may be assigned to provide block time home health/hospice services for a hospice patient.
Experience working with the elderly and multi-problem families is desirable.
