Position Summary:
Responsible for guiding victims and survivors through the complex process of accessing resources, services, and support systems.
Requirements Required:
- Experience in developing personalized plans in collaboration with community members to address immediate and long-terms goals.
- Experience in trauma-informed care principles and practices.
- Experience in advocating for community members to ensure their legal and procedural options.
- Experience in navigating through various systems, including legal, medical, housing, and social services.
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling or related field; knowledge and experience working with victims/survivors of trauma. Two years of related experience with a master's degree. Four years of experience with a bachelor's degree. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
