Practice Highlights
Provide primary care / clinical procedures and admin services in outpatient practices within a teaching CHC.
Flexible schedules to include 32 hours of patient facing and 8 hours of admin time. Typical schedule 4 / 10s.
Expected encounters per day 17-19 to meet community need.
Must have strong clinical training / experience to meet the needs of a complex patient population.
Our highly collegial Interdisciplinary team includes Faculty Physicians, Clinicians, Resident Physicians, APPs, Pharmacists, BHCs, and nursing.
Integrated services including primary care behavioral health with BHCs on site.
Excellent support and resources provided with structured onboarding / ramp-up.
Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC / CHC setting would be a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
EMR : OCHIN EPIC.

Base Salary : $120k-$125k p / y DOE with additional uncapped encounter incentives. Potential bonus earnings of over $20k per year based on 19 visits per day. Bonus increases with increased visits.
Qualifications
ARNP, MSN with FNP certification.
Current, unrestricted RN license.
WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
DEA certificate.
Great peer references and in good standing.
Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid.
Prefer experienced FNPs but new grads with extensive nursing experience in direct patient care in PC / UC , ER / trauma, critical care, med / surg will be considered.
If you are a new FNP with an active RN multistate license in another state, you must have graduated less than 12 months ago to be considered.
