Pharmacist
No Nights/No Weekends, work/life balance, and the opportunity to work with an amazing Pharmacy team! Bring your passion to make a difference in the health of our communities to Community Health of Central Washington! CHCW is expanding our Pharmacy services by opening a new pharmacy location in Yakima! We have an opening for an FT Pharmacist to review prescriptions, dispense medications and provide medication information to patients, providers, and clinic staff to improve medication use and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree plus completion of required intern hours is required
- WA Pharmacist license is required
- Certification to administer vaccines is required
- Pharmacy Preceptor license is preferred
- BLS card is required
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!
- Immunizations are required prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU)
- Pre-employment drug screen is required
