Reception Care Team Lead
Are you passionate about helping kids? Bring your leadership and customer service skills to Yakima Pediatrics! We have an opening for a Reception Care Team Lead to join our amazing team in Pediatrics! In this role, you will lead implementation of service enhancement processes, provide mentorship and coaching to the Reception Care Team, and provide back up support and oversight of front office systems in conjunction with the Clinic Manager.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED and 2 years experience in a leadership role is required
- Immunizations are required prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU)
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred and a plus!
- Pre-employment drug screen is required
$18.85 - $23.58 hourly
