Reception Care Team Lead
Bring your leadership and customer service skills to Central Washington Family Medicine! We have an opening for Reception Care Team Lead to join our front office team! In this role, you will lead implementation of service enhancement processes, provide mentorship and coaching to the Reception Care Team, and provide back up support and oversight of front office systems in conjunction with the Clinic Manager.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED and 2 years experience in a leadership role is required
- Strong leadership, attention to detail and customer service skills are required
- Immunizations are required prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU)
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred and a plus!
- Pre-employment drug screen is required
$18.85 - $23.58 hourly
