We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Recovery Specialist to join our team at Community Health Resources (CHR). As a key member of our community-based program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with serious mental illness to live independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals, promoting recovery and independence.
- Provide psycho-educational services, skills teaching, and support to help clients manage daily life challenges.
- Link clients with community resources and facilitate access to necessary services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Recovery Support Certification or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental health conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
