Job Description
We are seeking a Residential Aide to join our Oak Street team in Willimantic. As a Residential Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive living environment for adults with substance use disorders. This includes monitoring medications, teaching life skills, and facilitating educational groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in human services, and a valid driver's license. You should also be certified in CPR and First Aid, or be willing to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
