ABOUT THE POSITION : Senior Data Analyst
Duties & Responsibilities
Data Management :
- Oversee the design and maintenance of complex databases and data pipelines.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems.
- Lead efforts in data collection from primary and secondary sources.
- Implement advanced data cleansing techniques and rectify coding errors.
Data Analysis :
Conduct sophisticated data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis.Identify and interpret complex trends and patterns within datasets.Prepare visual and written materials in static and dynamic formats for a range of audiences.Develop advanced data visualizations and dashboards.Prepare and present comprehensive reports and insights to senior leadership.Continuously evaluate data for quality, accuracy, and utility and ensure that all analyses reflect evolving industry standards and techniques.Collaboration and Communication :
Coordinate and lead data collection and reporting efforts across departments.Communicate complex data insights to colleagues, leadership, and stakeholders.Draft internal technical documentation specifications and lead other technical capacity building activities.Collaborate with management to translate findings, prioritize business goals and informational needs.Mentor and train data support associates, junior analyst and end-users on data tools and best practices.Project Support :
Lead and manage data-related projects and initiatives.Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with standards.Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation.Participate in strategic meetings, training, and other organizational activities.Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience : At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in data analysis, data engineering, statistical analysis, data visualization managing and analyzing largescale datasets using data management and data analysis tools and languages (e.g. SQL, relational databases, Tableau, Python and Power BI).
Familiarity with healthcare data and EMR's preferred. Experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector is a plus.
Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working on interdisciplinary teams.
Licensure / Certification / Registration : None
Training : Knowledge in database management, utilization of Microsoft Office products, data integrity and quality knowledge.

COMPENSATION
61,623 / yr minimum, and up commensurate upon experience
Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience and internal equity, as well as, adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program / location differentials and / or sign-on incentives.
