Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced DWRS Rate Exceptions to oversee and manage rate exceptions for customized living/assisted living recipients. This role is critical to ensuring that we as a provider receive tailored financial accommodations to meet the extraordinary needs of the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of completing rate exceptions in line with what management needs to support the client
- In charge of communication with case manager, providing timely and accurate updates.
- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with established guidelines and gets approved.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience handling rate exceptions, with a deep understanding of the requirements and processes involved.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with case managers and internal stakeholders.
- High level of confidence and expertise in navigating complex cases.
- Adaptability to handle an increasing workload with precision and efficiency.
