We are seeking a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to provide clinical supervision, oversight, and guidance for Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) services.

Position Details
- Contract Role: Limited-scope BCBA consulting
- Compensation: $1,000 per month
- Duration: Typically 3 months per engagement
- Flexibility: No exclusive affiliation with a single agency required
- Future Opportunities: Potential for long-term contracts with EIDBI providers after completion of this engagement
Qualifications
To qualify as a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP), candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be employed by an EIDBI provider agency
- Hold one of the following professional credentials:
- Physician
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Developmental or Behavioral Pediatrician
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (as defined in Minn. Stat. §245I.04, subd. 2)
- Have at least 2,000 hours of clinical experience or completed graduate-level coursework in relevant areas (e.g., ASD diagnostics, treatment strategies, child development)
- Be able to provide treatment within their scope of practice and licensure
- Hold advanced certification in a DHS-recognized treatment modality, such as:
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- DIR/Floortime
- Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
- PLAY Project
- Relationship Development Intervention (RDI)
