Responsibilities: As a Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse and under the direct supervision of an RN, you will join a dedicated team of Home Health professionals with a passion for caring for patients around the Valley in the safest place to them, their home. Part of a nurturing, dynamic, and team-oriented atmosphere, you will utilize and grow your skills in the continuum of care for our patients. Qualifications: Education & Experience
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Completion of an accredited Vocational Nursing School program OR become licensed by equivalency required
- 1 year prior professional nursing experience required
Licenses and Certifications
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- LVN - Current State of California Licensed Vocational Nurse License required
- DL - Valid California Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Community Health System required
- CPT - State of California Certified Phlebotomy Technician required within 180 days of hire or transfer into position
