SUMMARY
Provide administrative support to the Site Team.
FUNCTIONS
- Answer phones, route calls, take messages, and answer questions as appropriate
- Produce, verify and maintain Master Verification
- Place DME (Durable Medical Equipment) orders and order prescription refills
- Perform a variety of typing, including memos, letters
- Data entry of referrals, visit logs, physician logs
- May maintain hard copy patient charts
- Conduct month-end close such as billing error corrections and physician visits
- Enter patient info into the pharmacy vendor site
- May take referrals / enter into SC / obtain insurance authorizations
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
