What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Worker position at Community Healthcare System?
POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:
Under general supervision and according to established procedures, performs routine tasks associated with Hospitality and Nutrition Services including patient service or cafeteria service and dish washing duties. Normally assigned to a specific service area, but may be required to assist in other capacities due to variations in work load and staffing. Responsible for handling food in accordance with departmental and regulatory agency procedures and standards.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Food service related work history of 1-2 years required
- Prior experience in food service work desirable
