Job scope:
Provides transportation assistance for ACT & IST Team patients. Transports patients to doctor appointments, psychosocial rehab appointments, and appointments in the community. Will maintain vehicle logs to track transportation and when routine maintenance is required. Must be patient, professional and demonstrate positive attitude. Demonstrates ability to locate various addresses throughout the East Texas area.
Education/licensure:
GED or high school diploma. Current valid driver's license in state of
residence. Good driving record.
Physical requirements that are bona fide occupational qualifications essential to the performance of the job:
Ability to sit while driving up to an eight hours day. Ability to lift 50 pounds.Minimum Hiring Salary: $16.00 per hour
