Clary Sage College is seeking an Esthetician Master Instructor! Instructors will teach science theory and hands-on activities. Must have a valid Oklahoma Esthetician or Cosmetology Master Instructor License and a minimum of three years of experience in the field of esthetics and/or cosmetology. Qualified candidates should be skilled with facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, hair removal, makeup, lashes, body treatments, products, and sales. Training can be provided to Cosmetology Master Instructors with an interest in skincare. The ideal candidate will have a warm and friendly attitude with a sincere desire to help others achieve their dreams. Full-Time position with benefits. The schedule is 4-10 hour days, Mon-Thur 12:00 pm - 10:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch. Licensed by OBPVS
- Counsel students in a professional manner, offering constructive, encouraging, and timely feedback
- Adhere to curriculum expectations to ensure accreditation standards are met
- Perform a variety of instructional assistance, tutoring, and related support functions as needed
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain compliance
- Document grades and attendance, post to transcript accordingly, maintain a working knowledge of Canvas
- Prepare students for state boards
- Be familiar with the rules and regulations of the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology and other accrediting bodies
- Provide students with individualized or small group assistance, guidance, and study strategies for the development and improvement of basic skills
- Support student retention by reviewing individual completion of learning activities, monitoring attendance, and contacting students as necessary

Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
- Salon/spa industry experience preferred
- Esthetician teaching experience preferred
- Communication and customer service skills
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 recent years' experience working in esthetics
- Valid Oklahoma Esthetician or Cosmetology Master Instructor License required
- Associate's Degree preferred
