Job Overview:
Community Home and Health Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Home Supervisor to oversee the operations and care services at one of our Adult Foster Care homes. The Group Home Supervisor will be responsible for providing leadership, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers, ensuring they provide exceptional care to residents
- Implement care plans for residents
- Administer medications and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate and coordinate with families, guardians, and healthcare professionals to meet the needs of residents
- Oversee and assist in the daily operations of the home, including scheduling, attending appointments, providing personal care, going on community activities, and maintaining compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
- Experience in medication administration, personal care, and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
