Community Home Health Care (formerly Accucare Home Health) has been specializing in providing Private Duty Nursing for both Pediatric and Adult clients for over 35 years in the Capital District and surrounding Counties. We are the most experienced and knowledgeable PDN Licensed Home Care Service Agency in the area.
We are looking for an LPN/RN in the Albany area for a full-time overnight case.
Adult female patient. G-Tube & pumps, seizure precaution experience needed. Must be non-smoking.

- NYS LPN or RN license required

Hours: Overnights
Monday through Sunday from 10:30 pm-7:30 am
