Schedule:
- Hours available 7 days a week
- Early mornings, Evenings, Weekends, Some Nights
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care during home visits, including catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding as necessary.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) using EMR systems.
- Administer basic life support and CPR as required, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver effective home and community care, adapting to individual patient needs.
- Maintain a valid RN license and ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the state of Indiana
- Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred
- New Grads Welcome – Will train
- Home care experience preferred but not required
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills
