Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient health status, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs, fostering independence in a home environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe living space, including light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care plans and report any changes in patient conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
