Community Home Health Care (formerly Accu Care Home Health) has been specializing in providing Private Duty Nursing for both Pediatric and Adult clients for over 35 years in the Capital District and surrounding Counties. We are the most experienced and knowledgeable PDN Licensed Home Care Service Agency in the area.
We are looking for an LPN or RN to staff on a full-time private duty case in Monroe, New York.
Pediatric female patient. Patient has no use of hands and feet, has seizure history and has G-tube in place.
Client's hours are:
Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm-12:00 am
