Duties
- Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients during their recovery process.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in various settings including medical-surgical units, outpatient clinics, emergency medicine departments, and trauma centers.
