Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate lifting techniques.
- Support clients with memory care and cognitive challenges as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or personal care assistance is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
