Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform IV insertion and venipuncture procedures safely and effectively.
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Valid RN/LPN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in patient care, preferably in home health or assisted living settings.
- Strong skills in IV insertion and venipuncture techniques.
