Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Assess and monitor patient health by performing physical examinations and taking medical histories.

- Catheterize patients when necessary and assist with sterile processing of medical equipment.
- Provide care for patients with memory care needs and those requiring behavioral health support.
- Conduct case management duties to coordinate patient care plans effectively.
- Perform procedures such as spinal taps, phlebotomy, and tube feeding as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using appropriate medical terminology.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care strategies.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
Experience
