PART-TIME: Monday-Friday: 7am-11am
Providing administrative support to the HVP team and assisting with daily office and administrative operations.
- Prepares and/or composes documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, contracts, forms, financial documents, referral documentation, and other administrative documents from various media formats.
- Answers phone calls, provides information to callers, takes messages, and transfers calls to team members.
- Files and uploads documents, organizes and purges paper health records, and maintains the program files and file room.
- Sorts and delivers faxes and regular mail, receives and delivers packages to the addressee.
- Faxes, copies, and scans documents as needed.
- Participates in team, committee, supervision, and training meetings.
- Assists with recreational activities and event planning.
- Ensures all information received and exchanged remains confidential at all times.
- Interacts professionally and positively with others.
- Monitors office supplies and coordinates purchasing of office and program supplies.
- Maintains office areas and office equipment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Military and/or veteran experience STRONGLY preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. .
