Shifts: Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. (These days can be flexible)
All shifts are located in Shawano, WI.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
· Adjusting Positions
· Feeding Tube
· Suctioning
· Light Housekeeping
· With comfortability, it will work up to transferring, bathing, and toileting.
· Errands occasionally

Wage:
Starting at $16.32 per hour.

Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
