• Pay: $15–$18 per hour

Choose a job that’s more than just a paycheck. As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll bring light to someone’s day by providing care, companionship, and support, helping them live independently and with dignity.

What You’ll Do

• Personal Care:
• Help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and managing incontinence supplies, empowering clients to feel their best.
• Household Tasks:
• Keep the home welcoming and organized with light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and more.
• Meal Preparation:
• Cook nourishing, personalized meals that meet dietary needs and preferences.
• Evening Support:
• Provide medication reminders and assist in creating a calm and safe evening routine.

What You Bring

• Experience in housekeeping and personal care is a plus.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
• A desire to make a meaningful impact in someone’s daily life.

Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through managed care organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
