What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional/Caregiver position at Community Horizons LLC?
Hey there!
We're on the hunt for a chill caregiver to help out a young woman at home.
Here are the available shifts:
- 8 AM to 2 PM
- 4 PM to 9:30 PM
- Every other weekend is a must.
Pay is $20 an hour, plus some nice sign-on and retention bonuses!
As for what you'll be doing, it includes:
- Helping with personal care (like showering and skin checks)
- Using a Hoyer lift
- Catheter stuff
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Changing linens
- Running errands when needed
We're looking for someone who:
- Knows how to keep things professional while still being friendly.
- Is honest and dependable.
- Can stay calm when things get tough.
- Has a fun vibe to keep spirits up!
- Has a driver’s license and a reliable ride.
- Is super organized.
- Has some caregiving experience, especially in mental health – that would be awesome!
- Knows a bit about addiction and recovery would be a bonus too!
