What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Care Teammate position at Community Horizons LLC?
Evening Care Teammate (6 hours per week)
Are you interested in assisting someone with their cleaning, organizational, and personal care needs? Are you nonjudgemental and can see past the clutter to what a space could look like when given the right attention? If you are someone who can see the potential in any space, please consider assisting a gentleman to remain independent in his home.
Wage: $16.46 per hour
Evening Hours: 3:30 pm or After
· 3 days per week (prefer Mon. Wed. Fri.)
· 2 hours per day
· 6 total hours per week
Member Instructed Tasks Include but are not limited to the following:
· Personal Care to Feet & Legs: (cream and wraps to feet/legs)
· Socks to Feet
· Laundry
· General Cleaning (bathroom & living space)
· Hair washing 1x per week
· Take out Trash
Ideal Candidate is Someone Who:
· Nonjudgemental and can see past the clutter
· Is Honest & Dependable
· Is able to travel to Nekoosa for work in the future after a move
· Likes to plan ahead and set goals for the next visit
· Communicates effectively and is willing to speak up if they have a question or concern but also willing to listen to the member's wants/needs and desires.
· Takes instructions well and follows through as the member desires
· Enjoys cleaning/organizing the bathroom and living space
· Is comfortable with care to feet and legs
· Is Cat Friendly
· Has a Favorable Background Check
