Community Horizons is assisting in the recruitment process for a caregiver to assist a wonderful, easy-to-work-for individual in his home. Now is the time to experience what self-directed support is all about. Less stress, no forced shifts, work 1:1 in a calm, stress-free environment.
Schedule: 3 shifts Available! 7am-8am, 12pm-2pm, 5:30pm-8pm, 7 days a week!
*Hiring for all shifts, immediate need*
Wage: $18.35 per hour
Responsibilities:
· Transfers
· Personal Cares including Bed bath, changing clothes and incontinence support.
· Meal Preparation
· Maintaining skin integrity
· Medication injection
· Cleaning & Dishes
· Laundry
· Grocery Shopping
Ideal Candidate:
· Caregiving Experience
· Medication experience including injectables.
· Female
· Valid Driver’s License
· Reliable vehicle
· Ability to pass background check.
Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
