Do you have a flexible schedule to assist as a backup worker when this member's regular caregiver is sick or on vacation? Community Horizons is assisting a Neillsville female member with recruiting the right person to assist 1:1 in her apartment.

Current Need: Someone with a flexible schedule to assist when her regular staff are unavailable.

Usual Hours:

· One visit per week for up to 3 hours. Ideal hours are between 9 am – 2 pm

· Mileage reimbursement is available for shopping.

Wage: $16.32 / hour

Duties Include but are not limited to:

· Cleaning

· Organizing

· Grocery Shopping in Marshfield (1x/month)

The right candidate is someone who:

· Enjoys doing the assigned cleaning tasks the way the member wants things done

· Is Reliable

· Has a good sense of humor and doesn’t mind sarcasm

· Enjoys helping others

· Easy going

· Is open to a flexible schedule during the week

· Has reliable transportation

· Some experience working in the caregiving field

· Cat friendly

· Able to climb stairs to 2nd-floor apartment

· Reliable form of transportation to make trips monthly to Marshfield

Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them. Community Horizons is not the employer on record, members make all hiring decisions with the involvement of a third-party fiscal agent responsible for payroll.
