What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Caregiver position at Community Horizons LLC?
Community Horizons is assisting a wonderful individual, newer to the area, in locating a new caregiver to join his team. Don’t worry if you don’t have extensive healthcare training, on-the-job training is provided for all tasks. This is the perfect part-time position, Great hours, Great pay, Great family to work for!
Schedule: 3 days per week (the days vary) 2:30-530p & Saturday and Sunday mornings 8:30-1130a
Pay Rate: $18/hour- planned increases to be discussed at the interview.
Care Needs:
- Range of motion stretches
- PT assistance- The Caregiver will track BP.
- Meal Prep.
- Bathing assistance
- Dressing/undressing assistance.
- Straight Cath. 1-2 times per shift (Training provided).
- Bowel Program (Training provided).
- Use of a Hoyer lift/sit-to-stand lift during each shift.
- General housekeeping.
- Medication assistance.
Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them. Community Horizons is not the employer on record, members make all hiring decisions with the involvement of a third-party fiscal agent responsible for payroll.
