Position Title: Private In-Home Caregiver (Part-Time Live-In)
Location: Appleton, WI
Schedule: Flexible (Full-Time/Part-Time hours) FULL-TIME HOURLY PAY IN ONE WEEKEND!
- Every Other Weekend: Friday 6 PM – Monday 8 AM
Pay: $16.50 per hour (includes awake and sleep hours)

What You’ll Do
- Create Comfort:
- Prepare meals and maintain a clean, inviting space (laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, etc.).
- Support Independence:
- Assist with transfers (e.g., wheelchair to bed, bed to toilet) and mobility needs.
- Provide Dignified Care:
- Help with personal care like sponge baths, grooming, and dressing.
- Perform trach suctioning and operate a ventilator during the night (training provided).
- Foster Connection:
- Share conversations, laughter, and companionship, and assist with electronic devices.
- Balance Work and Rest:
- Enjoy built-in downtime during your shifts.

- Experience: Caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but we’ll provide paid training if you’re new to the field.
