This position operates under the self-direction program, which allows you to work directly with individuals needing support. By engaging in self-directed services, you can enjoy an improved work-life balance and greater autonomy over your schedule. This role involves direct hiring by the member rather than through an agency, providing you with a valuable supervisory experience.
Hours available: Sunday through Saturday (8:00am – 10:00 am and 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm)
Every other weekend rotation.
Wage: to start $16.32 - $17.20/per hour
Tasks may include:
· Transfer with a sit-to-stand
· Range of motion
· Dressing and undressing
· Personal care including a bed bath
· Housekeeping and laundry
· Meal prep as needed.
· Minor wound care
Qualifications:
· Previous experience, will train the right person
- Skills in cooking nutritious meals
- A compassionate attitude and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
